My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were beautiful and clean, offering a nice bathroom with a great shower. However, it was a bit challenging to fully relax due to the loud noise from downstairs and across the street. The service was attentive and pleasant, though there was an issue with loud music being played. The location was very central, perfect for business travelers, but the small and crowded space could be overwhelming. The dining experience was the highlight, with buffet-style options and the flexibility to choose breakfast preferences. The facilities were satisfactory, with all the necessary amenities available.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern, and had a flat-screen TV with plenty of channels. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to help. The location was excellent, centrally located in zona 10 and within walking distance to everything. The dining experience at San Martin was truly delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel has some fancy lighting controls in the rooms that take a bit of time to figure out, located on the 5th floor parking garage. They are mindful of health issues from the outside and hallways. The service is exceptionally friendly, patient with language challenges, and elegantly dressed. They go out of their way to assist all guests. The location, although needing a remodel, is situated in a lively area of the city near various amenities. Dining options are somewhat limited but include excellent local dishes. The facilities are well-kept and provide great value for money.
